kind staff train bookings continental breakfast comfortable bed
the receptionist, thomas , was very helpful with train bookings and local advice. the included continental breakfast featured croissants , cakes , and toast with cheese. the hotel provided a quiet air conditioner and a coffee maker in my room. i found the bed comfortable after long walks.
the lack of a ramp at the entrance made handling suitcases slightly difficult.

great staff main transport easy access
the staff were great, i couldn't ask for better. the location is great as it's only a few mins walk from the main transport hub. i found it easy to get to where i wanted to go. the price was great.
the room had damage on the walls and ceiling.

The hotel location was convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. i found many restaurants nearby. A real plus. the staff at the reception were helpful with directions and local tips.

convenient location friendly staff included breakfast efficient air conditioning
i found the location quite convenient, very close to termini station. the staff was friendly and helpful. a continental breakfast was included, a simple but adequate start to the day. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a relief during the warmer days.
The shower was a bit small. It was manageable, but i noticed it.

A surprising find near Termini
convenient location friendly staff tasty breakfast
I found the location quite convenient. It was a very short walk to the main train station. The metro was also close by. I liked that accessibility a lot. The staff were also quite friendly. The breakfast starts the day right.
The elevator is small. Only two people fit at a time. I needed to take multiple trips when I had luggage.
